    No. Only a current ORC member and  their registered adult guests will be permitted to rent. 

    No. A golf cart is not provided with rental. 

    There is plenty of parking available! There is room for 4-5 cars or 6-8 carts at the street, plus the circular drive that goes under and thru the house for rainy weather!

    No. Access to the house is up a flight of stairs to entry door. The stairs are reached from under the house using circular drive. 

    The house comfortably sleeps 10-12. One king bed, one queen bed, two full beds, and four bunks. 

    A minimum of 5 days is required. Certain periods may require 7 days (holidays, ORC events, etc.)

    Availability is based on current bookings. Please contact us to discuss your needs. 

    Yes.  There are TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms. All with access the most popular streaming services. In addition, the full 85” TV the the main living area is visible from the outdoor kitchen - including bluetooth speaker. Sonos music available inside and outside. 

    At the present time, we are not accepting pets of any kind. 

    No smoking of any kind is permitted in house or ouside living area.
